How to place an order

1. Select the items you wish to purchase and note the item codes
2. Send an email to [email protected] with the codes of the items you wish to purchase, along with your name, email address, and telephone number (the last in addition for contact tracing purposes, if needed).
3. You will receive a return email in due course that your request has been accepted, along with the total purchase amount.
4. In the case of multiple email requests for the same single item or where the number of email requests exceeds the stock available, email requests will be processed in order of date and time of receipt. If your request is not accepted, you will also receive an email to inform you.
5. All orders must be placed by Friday, October 30, at 4:00 PM EDT.
6. Arrive at the church (see address and map) on Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 10 AM to 12 PM to pick up your items. We will accept exact cash only, and please wear a mask (our staff will be masked and gloved).

How to bid on this auction item

2. The bidding opens on Monday, October 26, as soon as this page goes live. The final date and time for us to receive a bid is Friday, October 30, at 3:59:59 PM EDT. The date and time of receipt determines the validity. We are not responsible for the travel time your email takes through the internet to reach us.
3. We will update the bid amount at least once per day and more frequently on Friday, October 30 (as required). Check back to see the state of the auction.
4. You may send as many bids as you like over the course of the auction.
5. All bids must meet the reserve bid amount, and each new bid must be an increment of at least $5.00 over the prior bid.
6. In the event of two or more bids for the same amount, the first bid received will be declared the winner.
7. We will contact the winner after 4 PM on Friday, October 30.
