How to place an order

1. Select the items you wish to purchase and note the item codes
2. Send an email to [email protected] with the codes of the items you wish to purchase, along with your name, email address, and telephone number (the last in addition for contact tracing purposes, if needed).
3. You will receive a return email in due course that your request has been accepted, along with the total purchase amount.
4. In the case of multiple email requests for the same single item or where the number of email requests exceeds the stock available, email requests will be processed in order of date and time of receipt. If your request is not accepted, you will also receive an email to inform you.
5. All orders must be placed by Friday, November 27, at 4:00 PM EDT.
6. Arrive at the church (see address and map) on Saturday, November 28, 2020, from 10 AM to 11 AM to pick up your items. We will accept exact cash only, and please wear a mask (our staff will be masked and gloved).

How to bid on these auction items

1. Send an email with your bid, specifying the correct code, as outlined in “How to order” near the top of this web page.
2. The bidding opens on Monday, November 23, as soon as this page goes live. The final date and time for us to receive a bid is Friday, November 27, at 3:59:59 PM EDT. The date and time of receipt determines the validity. We are not responsible for the travel time your email takes through the internet to reach us.
3. The reserve bid is $20.00 or you can purchase the item immediately for $40.00.
4. We will update the bid amounts at least once per day and more frequently on Friday, November 27 (as required). Check back to see the state of the auction.
5. You may send as many bids as you like over the course of the auction.
6. All bids must meet the reserve bid amount, and each new bid must be at least the minimum increment specified for that item over the prior bid.
7. In the event of two or more bids for the same amount, the first bid received will be declared the winner.
8. We will contact the winners after 4 PM on Friday, November 27.
