Is it necessary for Christians to choose between a faith-based view of the world and a science-based one? Beginning on November 27, we begin a 7-session study on theology and science. Gatherings will take place 7:30pm-9pm on November 27, December 4 & 11, January 8, 15 & 29 and February 5. TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR! Join us for night of great music! The concert will feature The County Town Singers, The Queensmen of Toronto, and the Guildwood Church Choir. UPDATE: We’re trying for a January 2014 start. A Junior Choir (ages 8-12) is beginning in Guildwood. An initiative of Mr. Michael Morgan, the choir will be an exploration of traditional, contemporary and world choral music for the whole Guildwood Community. An open-house registration will take place on September 19 and September 26, 5:30-7:00 PM. Questions? Email Michael directly.

September 2013 newsletter

Guildwood Church supports our local children through Family Residence on Kingston Road. Each year we collect new school supplies such as backpacks, pencils & erasers, pencil cases, rulers, pencil crayons and paper for the children there. Please bring donations on Sunday mornings or drop them off at the church Mon-Fri 9AM-1PM.

As we seek to embody Christ’s love in Guildwood, our church aspires to be a place of caring. While it is true that everyone connected with GCPC is responsible for fostering a caring spirit, the Session bears a special responsibility for ensuring that the people in our congregation receive ongoing pastoral care.
